Art Director

We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to join our team in Al-Khor. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our projects and ensuring they meet the highest standards of creativity and quality. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and creative teams to develop concepts and ideas for projects
- Oversee the creation of visual designs, including illustrations, graphics, layouts, and other visual elements
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message
- Lead brainstorming sessions and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies related to design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout design, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1400$

Location: Al-Khor

Preference: Indian candidates with valid work visa.
