We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Vilnius. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our company's brand image and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborating with the marketing team to understand project goals and requirements
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present design ideas
- Ensuring website designs are SEO-friendly and optimized for performance
- Testing website functionality across different browsers and devices
- Incorporating user feedback to improve website design
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Web Designer or a similar role
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop, and other design tools
- Experience with responsive design principles and frameworks (Bootstrap)
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one for international travel
