Locksmith Technician

We are searching for a skilled Locksmith Technician to join our team in Eschen. The ideal candidate will have experience in locksmithing and be able to perform a variety of tasks including lock installation, repair, and maintenance. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to our clients, so strong communication and customer service skills are essential. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. While we prefer candidates with prior experience, we are open to considering those who have recently completed relevant training programs or certifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of locks
- Cut keys and duplicate existing keys
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with locks and security systems
- Provide emergency lockout services
- Respond promptly to client requests and provide excellent customer service
- Keep detailed records of all services provided
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology related to locks and security systems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a locksmith or completion of relevant training programs/certifications
- Knowledge of different types of locks, key cutting techniques, and security systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with high-security locks or electronic security systems
- Experience in automotive locksmithing or safe cracking
