Our painting company is looking for an experienced Painter to join our team in Atlanta. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish and meeting client expectations. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
-Prepping surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling in holes or cracks
-Selecting and mixing paints and other materials according to job requirements
-Applying paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
-Covering surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
-Smoothing out imperfections and ensuring an even coat of paint
-Cleaning up work area and properly storing tools and supplies after job completion

Requirements:
-Previous experience as a painter preferred but not required
-Knowledge of different types of paints, finishes, and application techniques
-Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
-Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
-Available to work on short notice for urgent jobs
-Must have own transportation

Salary:
$1000 per week based on experience
