Concierge - Hospitality Services in Khasab, Oman

We are seeking a friendly and organized Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in the beautiful city of Khasab, Oman. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to guests and assisting with any requests or needs they may have during their stay. This is an ideal job for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has excellent customer service skills.

As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests and must maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times. Your responsibilities will include making reservations for guests, providing recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, arranging transportation, and handling any special requests or concerns from guests. You will also assist with check-in/check-out procedures and handle guest inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.

This position requires strong communication skills as well as knowledge of the local area to provide accurate information to guests. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required. We are open to hiring candidates without experience who are willing to learn on the job.

This is a temporary position with potential for permanent employment based on performance. The salary for this role is 1100$ per month with accommodation provided. We also welcome candidates who already have their own visa in Oman.
