We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to our team of English-speaking professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering emails, and organizing documents
- Provide support to the team by preparing reports, presentations, and other materials
- Assist with contract management and ensure all documents are accurate and up-to-date
- Communicate with clients and vendors as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
Salary: 1200$ per month (with accommodation provided)
