Surveyor vacancy in Dubai UAE

Land Surveyor


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, analyzing land topography and creating maps. You will be working closely with engineers, architects and construction teams to ensure accurate measurements and data collection.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers and levels
- Analyze survey data and create maps, plans and reports
- Determine property boundaries and record accurate measurements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects and construction teams to ensure accurate surveying for project development
- Research previous survey records and land titles to obtain relevant information
- Stay updated on changes in land surveying technology and techniques
- Adhere to safety protocols while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using land surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of Nepali is a plus
- Must be able to obtain necessary visas/sponsorship for work in Dubai

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
