Part-Time Administrator in Vejle, Denmark
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our company. This is a part-time position, with the possibility of becoming full-time in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and redirecting them to the appropriate person
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Assisting with financial tasks such as invoicing and billing
- Filing and organizing documents
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Providing general support to team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Compensation:
This position offers a salary of $1400 per month. Our company also provides accommodation for employees if needed.
