Job Title: Radio Technician

The Radio Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment and systems. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine inspections and maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of radio technology and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair radio equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with radio equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on radio equipment.
- Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
- Keep detailed records of all repairs and maintenance performed.
- Stay up-to-date on new technologies and advancements in the field.
- Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Provide technical support to customers as needed.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a radio technician or in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of radio technology and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
