Food and Beverage Server

As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests at our restaurant in Clairvaux. Your main duty will be taking food and drink orders and delivering them accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for ensuring the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, as well as handling cash transactions.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. Previous experience as a waiter or server is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.

This position offers a salary of 1700$, plus tips and bonuses. We also provide accommodation for employees if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and guide them through the menu
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Deliver orders promptly while ensuring accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Handle cash transactions using POS systems
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any issues or concerns raised by guests
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
- Malayalee preferred but not required
- No previous experience necessary (willing to train)
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
