Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$, perfect for Nepali professionals looking for job opportunities abroad.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute construction projects within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to clients and management
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources effectively
- Make decisions on construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or costs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Civil Engineer in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Nepali is a plus)
