Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Hawalli. As a Waiter/Waitress, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, take their orders and answer any questions they may have about the menu
- Provide recommendations on food and drink options based on guest preferences
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their meals and address any issues promptly
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
