Job Title: Waiter/Waitress - English Speaking (Malayalee)

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Hawalli. As a Malayalee, you will have the opportunity to interact with guests from your community and provide them with an exceptional dining experience. You must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills to effectively take orders and communicate with guests. This role does not include accommodation, but we do offer visa sponsorship for all applicants.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
- Take orders and relay them accurately to the kitchen
- Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and attentive service
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with setting up tables for reservations or events

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalam is a plus)
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player mentality
