Waiter/Waitress


We are currently hiring for the position of Waiter/Waitress in our restaurant located in Hawalli. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks to customers, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. This is a full-time position that does not require any previous experience or English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly
- Ensure all customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must have own valid visa or residency in Kuwait
- Able to work full-time, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or other Indian languages
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- No previous experience required
