Slinger (Construction) - Dubrovnik, Croatia


We are currently seeking a skilled Slinger to join our construction team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment on the job site. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes and other heavy equipment to lift and move materials
- Signal crane operators using hand signals or radios
- Ensure that loads are properly secured and balanced
- Inspect rigging equipment for any defects or damage
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate movements
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on the job site

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Previous experience as a Slinger or in a similar role preferred
- Must have a valid biometric passport or appropriate work visa for Croatia
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed

Preferred:
- Experience working on construction sites or in industrial settings
- Knowledge of basic rigging principles and practices
- Basic understanding of construction terminology
