Retail Merchandiser - Eldoret, Kenya


We are hiring a highly motivated Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail merchandising and a passion for customer service. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the visual presentation of our products in stores, ensuring they are appealing and accurately represented. You will also be responsible for inventory management, restocking shelves, and ensuring product availability. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail merchandising preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in basic math skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate representation of products through maintaining visual presentation standards
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Collaborate with store managers to create appealing displays that attract customers
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Communicate any issues or concerns with product availability or display to management
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases
- Work closely with sales team to ensure adequate stock levels for upcoming promotions or events

Requirements:
- Must be based in Eldoret, Kenya or willing to relocate at own expense (no visa sponsorship available)
- Available to work full-time hours including weekends and holidays as needed
