Surveyor for Construction Projects


We are a leading construction company in Jeddah, seeking an experienced and skilled Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for performing land and building surveys for various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys and measurements to accurately determine property boundaries, topography, and other features of the land
- Use surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and lasers to collect data
- Analyze data and prepare reports for clients and project managers
- Monitor construction progress and ensure that all measurements are accurate
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure proper alignment of structures
- Maintain accurate records of survey data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying for construction projects
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and legal documents
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Proficient in using surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Trimble Business Center
- Experience with GPS technology is preferred

Benefits:
