Architectural Designer

We are hiring an Architectural Designer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs and plans for various construction projects. This role requires strong creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to understand project requirements and goals
- Develop architectural designs that meet client needs and adhere to building codes and regulations
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from clients and project stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies related to architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1400$ per month
