Information Security Analyst



As an Information Security Analyst, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our company's sensitive information and systems. You will be responsible for identifying potential security risks, implementing security measures, and providing ongoing support to maintain the integrity of our data. We are seeking a highly skilled professional with experience in the field and a strong understanding of current security threats and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential risks
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Monitor network activity for any suspicious behavior or anomalies
- Investigate security breaches and provide recommendations for remediation
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper implementation of security measures
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and technologies to proactively mitigate risks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in information security analysis or related role
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and compliance standards (e.g. ISO 27001)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Location: Mauren, Canada (Preference given to Canadian citizens)
Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
