Indian Cuisine Chef

We are looking for a skilled Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team in Doha. As an Indian Cuisine Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of authentic Indian dishes in our restaurant. Your duties will include creating menu items, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the quality and consistency of all dishes.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in Indian cuisine and be able to create traditional dishes with a modern twist. You should also have excellent leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Create new menu items that showcase the flavors and techniques of Indian cuisine
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including ingredient sourcing, cooking methods, and portion control
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently served
- Ensure all food safety standards are followed at all times
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor food costs and find ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with management on menu development and pricing strategies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients
- Ability to create unique and creative dishes with a modern twist
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Must be willing to relocate to Doha

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
