Entry-Level Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented construction manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone without prior experience in construction management, but with a strong interest in the field. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. This role does not require English proficiency or prior experience, but a biometric passport is preferred. Salary for this position is 1200$. Accommodation will not be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior construction managers with project planning and execution
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain project documentation and prepare reports as needed
- Assist with budget management and cost analysis
- Identify potential risks or issues and propose solutions to address them
- Participate in meetings with clients or other project stakeholders

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English proficiency not required)
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and terminology preferred but not required

Working Conditions:
- Full-time position based in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
- Salary of 1200$ per month
