Cleaner Supervisor

As a Cleaner Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of a company or organization in Lahore. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing and training a team of cleaners to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and up to company standards. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing cleaning schedules, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory.

Your main duties will include inspecting and evaluating the work of your team, providing feedback and corrective action when necessary, and ensuring that all safety and hygiene protocols are followed. You will also be responsible for conducting regular training sessions to educate your team on proper cleaning techniques and procedures.

As a supervisor, you must have excellent communication skills to effectively delegate tasks, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive relationships with clients. You must also have strong organizational skills to keep track of schedules, budgets, and inventory.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for non-local candidates.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a cleaner or in a similar role
- Proven experience in managing or supervising a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper handling procedures, and safety protocols
- Ability to create schedules, manage budgets, and maintain inventory
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks as needed
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if necessary

Preference will be given to candidates who are local to Lahore or have previous experience working in the city. However, we welcome applications from all nationalities who meet the above requirements.
