Indian Baker

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Baker to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods such as bread, pastries, and cakes. You must have a strong knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and be able to adapt recipes to suit local preferences. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as a Baker and possess excellent time management skills. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of Indian breads, pastries, and cakes
- Follow recipes accurately while also being able to make adjustments as needed
- Ensure all products are of high quality and meet food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Train and supervise assistants or apprentices in the bakery

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker, preferably in an Indian bakery setting
- Knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1400$ per month
