We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Loader to join our team in Lom, Kenya. As a Loader, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials onto trucks, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials onto trucks according to safety standards
- Keep accurate inventory records of all loaded goods
- Secure loads for transport to prevent damage or loss
- Operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks to move materials
- Communicate with truck drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Loader or in a similar role
- Able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Preferred:
- Experience working in a warehouse or loading dock environment
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Kenyan nationality preferred but open to foreigners with valid work permits
