Architectural Designer


We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team in Atlanta. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, including residential, commercial, and public buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, create design proposals, and oversee the construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design proposals
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed blueprints and 3D models
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
- Create cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Oversee construction process to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on client feedback or budget constraints
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail

Salary: 1100$ per month
