Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications. Your role will involve creating detailed drawings and plans, conducting site visits to assess progress and address any issues, and managing the overall project timeline. You must have a strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design principles. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues that arise, and make necessary adjustments to plans
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to resolve technical challenges
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Conduct research on materials, products, or techniques that can improve design quality or reduce costs
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Time-management skills
Salary: $1000 per month (depending on experience)
Location: Eschen (accommodation provided)
