Elevator Installer

We are seeking an experienced Elevator Installer to join our team in Ufa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elevator installation and maintenance, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This position requires physical strength and the ability to work at heights, so candidates must be able to meet these requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain elevators in accordance with safety regulations and company standards
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise during installation or maintenance
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time
- Inspect equipment for any defects or malfunctions
- Keep detailed records of work performed, including maintenance schedules and repairs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on job sites

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in elevator installation or a related field
- Strong knowledge of elevator mechanics, electrical systems, and safety regulations
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Physical strength and ability to work at heights
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary
