Data Analytics Specialist

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets to identify patterns and trends. Your main goal will be to provide valuable insights and recommendations that will drive business decisions. You will work closely with teams across the organization to understand their data needs and create custom reports and dashboards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner. No prior experience is necessary, but proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages is preferred.

Your responsibilities as a Data Analytics Specialist will include:
- Collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets using statistical methods
- Identifying trends, patterns, and correlations within the data
- Creating visualizations and reports to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs
- Developing custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identifying areas for improvement or optimization based on data analysis
- Communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (such as Python or R)
- Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner
