Waiter/Waitress


We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Jeddah. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Present menus to customers and answer questions about menu items
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism
- Accept payment from guests and process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, and floor
- Assist with setting up tables for new guests as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt service and accurate orders
- Follow all safety standards and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
