We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Khasab. Our bakery specializes in traditional Indian baked goods and we are looking for a talented individual who can bring their expertise and creativity to our products.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of Indian breads, pastries, and desserts according to traditional recipes
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely production of baked goods for sale
- Monitor ingredient inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with management on creating new recipes and product offerings

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a baker, specifically in Indian cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Must be able to work full time, including weekends and holidays if needed
