Experienced Waiter/Waitress in St. Petersburg, Russia

We are seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take orders and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences
- Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly before and after each guest
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant policies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process payments using POS system
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a high-volume restaurant
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
- Attention to detail in order accuracy and presentation of dishes
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
