Experienced Crane Operator

We are hiring an experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Bayan, Kenya. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move and position heavy materials on construction sites. You will need to have a thorough understanding of crane safety procedures and be able to operate the crane with precision and accuracy.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect cranes before and after use to ensure they are in good working condition
- Read and interpret load charts to determine weight capacities of different cranes
- Maneuver the crane using hand or foot controls to lift and move materials safely
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication to guide crane movements
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes as needed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating the crane

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Crane Operator in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator certification or license
- Ability to read and interpret load charts
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Strong understanding of crane safety procedures
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
