Construction Manager


We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Mecca. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from initial design to project completion. As a Construction Manager, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor progress and track costs to ensure projects stay within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project designs are feasible
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Hire and manage construction workers and subcontractors
- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and address any issues that may arise
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)

Salary: 1100$
Location: Mecca (Indians preferred)
