Commercial Architect - Design and Development Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Izhevsk. As the Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing commercial spaces, including offices, retail stores, hotels, and other commercial buildings. You will use your expertise to create functional and visually appealing spaces that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for commercial spaces
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select materials and finishes that are suitable for the project's budget, durability, and aesthetic goals
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project progress according to plans
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations related to commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City:
Izhevsk (Relocation assistance available for non-local candidates)
