We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Izhevsk. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your main duties will include creating plans, specifications, and cost estimates, as well as managing project budgets and timelines.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You must also be able to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines. A degree in Architecture or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer software (AutoCAD)
- Develop cost estimates based on materials, labor, and other expenses
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Experience obtaining necessary permits from local authorities

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. We also offer accommodation for our employees.
