We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Canada. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and a strong knowledge of plant care and landscaping techniques. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients' homes and businesses. This includes planting, pruning, mulching, fertilizing, and general maintenance of plants, trees, and shrubs. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing new garden layouts and features. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a gardener or in a similar role
- Knowledge of plant care and landscaping techniques
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and pruners
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- Maintain gardens and outdoor spaces by planting, pruning, mulching, fertilizing, and general maintenance of plants, trees, and shrubs
- Design new garden layouts and features based on client preferences
- Operate gardening equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Keep accurate records of work performed including time spent on each project
- Monitor plant health and identify any issues or diseases that may require attention
- Recommend appropriate solutions for plant care or landscaping needs
- Work independently or as part of a team depending on project requirements
