Courier Supervisor


We are seeking a reliable and organized Courier Supervisor to oversee our courier team in Chelyabinsk. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of couriers and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages and documents. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of couriers
- Create schedules for timely delivery of packages and documents
- Assign routes and monitor the progress of deliveries
- Train new couriers on company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers and signatures
- Communicate with clients regarding delivery updates or issues
- Evaluate courier performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed by the courier team
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physically fit to handle packages up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
