English Teacher

We are in need of a qualified English Teacher to join our team in Mombasa. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, assessing students' progress, and providing feedback to students and parents. This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about teaching, has experience working with Indian students, and is looking for a job without the requirement of being fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the curriculum standards
- Use various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Monitor and assess students' progress through assignments, tests, and other forms of assessment
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and offer support when needed
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan cross-curricular activities
- Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of education

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Experience working with Indian students is preferred
- Knowledge of Indian culture, customs, and traditions is highly desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-native English speakers
- Strong classroom management skills
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods as needed
- Passion for education and dedication to student success

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

This position is based in Mombasa.
