Senior Architect (Clairvaux, Pakistan)



We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Clairvaux, Pakistan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all stages of the architectural design process, from initial concept to construction completion. You will work closely with clients and other team members to create innovative and functional designs that meet project requirements and adhere to building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other software
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Oversee construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Pakistan
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1800 per month

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who have the required experience. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
