We are seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in the beautiful city of Ashdod, Israel. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with any needs or requests they may have during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for restaurants, transportation, and other activities as requested by guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities happening in Ashdod
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Keep lobby area clean and organized
- Assist with luggage handling when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew or additional language is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Ashdod and surrounding areas
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
