Entry Level Concierge - Ashdod, Israel


We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Concierge to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an entry level position, no experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Ensure all guest requests and inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Handle telephone inquiries and reservations in a professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hebrew (additional languages a plus)
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
