Technical Support Specialist
We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to provide assistance and guidance to our clients with technical issues. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing remote support to customers, documenting support processes and procedures, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month in the city of Balzers.
Requirements:
- Egyptian national with fluency in English
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems and software
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts if needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone or email to customers experiencing hardware or software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our database
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and updates
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Collaborate with other team members to improve support processes and procedures
