Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Balzers. As a support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving computer hardware and software issues for our clients. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$, with no English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and peripherals
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions to recurring technical problems
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals
- Prior experience working with contract positions preferred but not required
