Entry Level Construction Manager
Location: Al-Malikiyah, Syria


We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Entry Level Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to create project plans and timelines
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations
- Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to job sites
- Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards and specifications
- Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Proven experience working in construction management or a similar role
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills

Compensation:
Salary: $1300 per month (with potential for growth)
