Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Moscow. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our computer network systems, ensuring their security and efficiency. You will also provide technical support to our employees, troubleshoot any network or system issues, and handle any necessary upgrades or installations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and monitor local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) systems
- Troubleshoot network outages or other technical issues
- Install and upgrade hardware/software components as needed
- Ensure network security by implementing firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures
- Monitor system performance to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Provide technical support to employees regarding network or system issues
- Manage user accounts and permissions on the network
- Create documentation for network procedures and configurations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with server administration (Windows Server, Linux)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of cloud computing services (AWS, Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills
