We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Moscow. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and security of our organization's network and systems. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise, as well as implementing new technologies to improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of networking protocols, server administration, and operating systems. They should also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure. Knowledge of biometric passport technology is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Install and configure network hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
- Manage user accounts and permissions on the network
- Ensure the security of the network by implementing firewalls and other security measures
- Perform regular backups of data to prevent loss or corruption
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and implement new technologies to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Extensive knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with server administration (Windows/Linux)
- Knowledge of biometric passport technology is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with others effectively
