Baker (Contract) in Doha, Qatar



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Doha, Qatar on a contract basis. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all baked goods are of the highest quality and meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve desired results
- Decorate baked goods with icing, glazes, or other toppings as needed
- Maintain inventory of baking supplies and equipment
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop new recipes or improve existing ones

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different types of flour, yeast, sugar, and other baking ingredients
- Familiarity with various baking techniques and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is $1600 USD per month.

City:
This position is located in Doha, Qatar.

Contract Duration:
This is a contract position for an initial duration of 6 months with the potential for extension based on performance.
