Barista


As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned regularly
- Provide friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of different coffee types, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles is an asset
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends
