Sales Manager


We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our growing team in Hawalli. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve company targets and increase revenue. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
- Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and promote our products/services
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns that drive sales
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management role, preferably in the same industry (e.g. retail, technology)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions accordingly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month plus commission based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Hawalli but may require occasional travel within the country or region.

Preference:
Preference will be given to Indian candidates who have experience working in English-speaking environments. Part-time options may be available for the right candidate. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.
