Job Title: Sales Manager



We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales representatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide reports on sales performance
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Ensure timely delivery of products or services to clients
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
- Fluent in English (additional languages are considered an asset)
- Indian nationality preferred
